Wayne Weeks was born and raised in St. Albans Maine, a small farming town, in 1936. He grew up on a small farm. In early years he was a registered Maine Guide and worked for the Maine Fish and Game Department as a Game Warden. Wayne owned and operated a well drilling Company for many years. In 1998 he turned the Family Business over to his son Mark.
His love of nature led him to painting. He entered art contests and won ribbons for his entries. He enjoyed nature and appreciated the fields and forest. He has a handicap as he is color blind. His wife of 51 years guides him in choosing the right colors or shades.
Maine has a lot to offer as far as landscapes, rivers, mountains, and the ocean. He paints different scenes so that people can enjoy life as it should be.
